Sara goes to Maes-y-Deri, where she tells Vicky that Awyr Iach has cancelled the contract with Telcaro, and found a new, fairer supplier;

| Vicky is still highly suspicious |
she shows written proof, pointing out it was not easy at such short notice. “So there’s no need for us to argue. I’m sure that you will come back – and Dol too! About 9:30am, OK?”

| Colin is off to sea |
Colin comes in the back door of number 7, singing sea shanties about ‘Cape Horn’ with an enormous bag.

| "You're only going round Carmarthen Bay!" |
Tyler points out he is only going round Carmarthen Bay, not crossing the Atlantic. Colin announces, “It’s Gaynor’s first voyage!” but will not reveal what is in the bag.
Iolo is dismayed to find all the milk is gone, so goes to the shop for more. Tyler asks Colin, “How long did the OCD go on last time?” Colin replies that he can usually keep it under control – until something triggers it.

| The coffee goes straight into the drawer |
Then, as he picks up his flask, he knocks over a coffee mug, depositing its contents into the cutlery drawer.

| Tyler starts the clean-up operation |
Tyler volunteers to clear it up, while Colin predicts, “Iolo will go nuts!”

As Colin comes along the road, Sam is inviting Anita to join them, but she declines.

| "You'll find out when we get to sea" |
Sam asks if the bag is full of rum, but Colin remains tight-lipped.

| "You've missed a chance there!" |
Inside the house, Kelly tells Anita, “You’ve missed a chance there – a romantic mini-cruise!” Anita admits that she is frightened, not of going on the boat, but of getting hurt.

| Anita did feel disappointed |
She is surprised at how disappointed she felt when she thought that Sam and Dol were romantically involved. Kelly continues encouraging her to go for it;

“I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but there’s no-one queueing up for me either. If I met someone like him of my age, I’d jump at the chance – single and straight – a pretty good catch, in my book.”
Anita confesses it is the first time she has felt like this since Meic; Kelly urges her, “Take the chance, as the next may be a long while coming – Uncle Meic would say exactly the same thing!”

Vicky has dragged Dol out of bed, and disturbed her lovely dream about herself and Sam. “Sara told me the Telcaro contract has been cancelled.

She leaves a message for Kelly; “I think I’ve got a good story for you – success of small local company. Ring me back.”

Tyler has cleared up by the time Iolo gets back from the shop and his walk; “Colin spilt coffee all over the place,” Tyler explains, “I didn’t put these back – I thought you’d want to do it. I know you like everything in order.”

| "You make me sound like a psychopath!" |
Iolo comments that it makes him sound like a psychopath.
Tyler informs him that he is taking the day off school; “I’ve got a cold – hadn’t you noticed? It’s more important to stay home with you.” Iolo protests that he does not need a nurse, just some peace.

As Siôn passes APD, Dai calls out, “The Archdruid himself!”

Siôn replies that he has not been promoted – yet, and Dai offers to buy him a pint at the Deri at one o’clock.

Siôn continues to number 7, where Iolo insists that he is fine, as he obsessively polishes each spoon.
“You don’t have to wait until the weekend to see the therapist again,” suggests Siôn, adding, “I hate the thought of leaving you like this – it’s unfortunate timing.”

Iolo is adamant that he is dealing with it, one day at a time, and would like to go to Y Felin to say goodbye to the place.

As he leaves, Siôn admits to Tyler that he may have overreacted the other day. Tyler regrets, “I’m doing my best to help, but the harder I try, the more uncomfortable Iolo seem to be.”

He agrees that if Iolo’s condition gets worse, he will contact Siôn.

Vicky and Dol confront Sara at Awyr Iach; “Before we start, we want to get a few things clear,” says Vicky, “We’re happy that you have found a new supplier, but Telcaro is not the only problem. We want to discuss working conditions.”

Sara agrees that things cannot go on the way they were, and will buy them lunch at the Deri to discuss matters.

Vicky smells a rat, remarking to Dol, “That was far too easy! I don’t trust her, and you shouldn’t either!”

As Anita looks at her laptop, Kelly invites her to the Deri, but she refuses.

The mariners are back from their adventure, Colin being glad they are back on dry land, as the wind was getting stronger;

Sam dismisses it as just a gentle breeze. Colin suggests his father take a couple of fish to Anita, but Sam is afraid he will not receive a welcome there.

Dai brings Siôn his pint in the Deri and comes to the point; “The County Council have invited the Eisteddfod to the area, and Penrhewl is in the frame, so I thought I’d have a word with someone in the know!

Dol reminisces about gatecrashing a wedding reception at Talbot Green; “Most of them were too half-cut to notice!” Sara proposes a toast to the future, predicting there will be hard work ahead, and the occasional sacrifice, but they will manage together.
Vicky seeks elucidation about the ‘sacrifices’.

Sara explains, “The costs to us will be higher, but we can’t pass that on to the customers, as the market is so competitive. So there’s less money to go round – less profit, and less I can afford to pay you.”

Colin reveals the contents of his enormous bag; he tells Tyler, “They are full of sea air from Carmarthen Bay – I’m going to sell them online!” Tyler is naturally very sceptical, but more enthusiastic when he sees the fish.

Iolo comes downstairs at this point, and screams at Colin, “What are you doing? Use your brains – you never think, do you? Take them out in the garden!”

Tyler remonstrates with him that he cannot behave like this; “I know you’ve got this thing – but it is not fair on Colin!” Iolo pitifully wails that he does not want to be like this.

Dai has made copious notes of Siôn’s suggestions, and comments, “It’s ironic, leaving when you’ve been honoured for services to the community! Any chance of changing your mind?” Siôn is sure they will cope without him.

Sara has briefed Kelly; “I’m sure this is worth half a page in the paper – a local business sustaining jobs in the difficult economic climate,” she says.

Vicky loudly interrupts, “Yes, and don’t forget to say we’re getting paid less! Yeah, we’re having a pay cut!”

Vicky announces, with no reduction in volume, “I quit! There’s no way I’m going back to work for her – I don’t want your dirty money! Stuff your job!”
