| "I want to get rid of a few things" |
“I know I’ve left it late, but I’m having a spring clean over at Y Felin, and want to get rid of a few things – anything, to be honest.

| "Come and help yourselves!" |
“You’re all welcome to come over and help yourselves – come one, come all!”

| "Is Eileen about?" |
Jim arrives at the shop and checks that Eileen is upstairs;

| Colin is delighted to get a further supply |
he hands over a small pill bottle to Colin, apologising, “Sorry, I’ve got to charge this time, but you’re getting through them so quickly, I’ll be bankrupt!”
Colin is only too pleased to pay £40, saying, “Don’t apologise – you’ve saved my life. I’ve lost a lot of sleep because of you!”

| "What are you up to?" |
Eileen walks in and wants to know what they are up to, so Colin slips out to wish Chester well at the court.
“I was not born yesterday,” she tells Jim, “You two were acting like silly schoolboys. And don’t you dare go and take anything from Y Felin!”

| "It would do Siôn a good turn" |
Jim insists that it is what Siôn wants, so it would do him a good turn.
Chester dismisses Colin’s wishes, commenting, “Why is everyone making a big deal of this? I’m only saying how I plead.” Britt hugs Colin and off she goes with Chester to the court.

| "We can take what we like?" |
At a rather crowded Y Felin, Dol cannot believe her luck; “We can take what we like? Even the table?”

| "Yes, you can even take the table!" |
Siôn confirms that this is the case, and she comments, “I’ve seen what a tag can do to people, but never anything like this!” Jim hopes that Siôn is not going to regret this move.

| "This wine is out of date – look, 1998!" |
Dol finds a case of wine, remarking to Sam, “No wonder he’s getting rid of it – this is out of date – 1988!” She helps herself to several other bottles, including vodka.

| Gwyneth wants to call a halt to this charade |
Gwyneth arrives and is determined to put a stop to the unseemly spectacle,

| They are interrupted by another satisfied customer |
but Siôn tells her, “Don’t you dare! I don’t expect any thanks – in fact I’m grateful to them.”

| "I'm getting it this afternoon? See you later!" |
In APD, Dai is on the phone to Mark, demanding payment, and is informed he will get it this afternoon.

| "I'll e-mail the bill" |
Iolo has fixed the problem at the Deri, whatever it was, and says he will e-mail the bill.

| "You're not getting a penny" |
“You’re not getting a penny,” replies Garry, “Not until I get my money back from Nant y Dderwen! Their prat of a manager is away until next week.” Iolo volunteers to go over there and get the money back.

| "I'll soon have cash in hand!" |
Dai comes in for a pint, boasting how he will have cash in hand later when Mark pays him, then moans, “Jimbo has followed everyone else over to Y Felin!”

| "What are they doing at Y Felin?" |
Seeing Iolo’s puzzled look, he explains, “Anything people want, they can take for nothing!”

| Garry is amused |
As Iolo rushes off, Garry chuckles at his discomfiture.

| "Mind Gaynor doesn't get frisky!" |
Dol warns Sam, “Don’t open too many of those bottles, or Gaynor will get frisky! She’s a bit of a nympho, from what I’ve heard – some say Eifion took photos of her.”

| "Eileen is suspicious" |
Jim instructs Colin to keep his mouth shut, as Eileen is suspicious. Then Colin helps his father carry a chair out of the house.

| "You certainly need help!" |
Y Felin is almost empty now, and Gwyneth admits, “I don’t understand you at all, but I’m certain you need help!” Siôn responds that all he needs is some peace.

Chester is summoned into the court, where he sits nervously and tries to breather deeply.

The judge enters and everyone stands.

Chester tells his mother, “I can’t say I’m guilty!”

| "This stuff is worth a bit" |
Back at Llwyncelyn, Sam advises Colin that the case of wine he has carried home is worth a fortune.

| "Dol doesn't know Fairy Liquid from red wine!" |
Colin reckons, “Dol doesn’t know the difference between Fairy Liquid and a decent red wine.”
Sam considers she needs something to wash her mouth out, after what she said about Gaynor.

Colin breaks the news to him, “There are apparently some dodgy photos of her – after she finished with Eifion, he went blabbing about them.”

| "Where's the photo of Mam?" |
Iolo is distraught when he arrives at Y Felin; “Where are the photos? Where’s the photo of Mam? You’ve got rid of everything! Every photo, every memory – you’ve got rid of my past, Dad! You can’t do things like this – you’ve got responsibilities!”

| "I want to start again" |
Siôn calmly replies, “Not any more. I’m determined to turn my back on the person I was – the failure I was. I want to start again with a clean slate.”

| "Turned your back on your faith as well?" |
Iolo picks up the Bible, asking if he has turned his back on his faith as well.

| "That's no use to anyone!" |
“That’s no use to anyone!” says Siôn, dismissively, and Iolo leaves.

| "You should have seen that Dol!" |
Back in the shop, Colin describes the scene at Y Felin to Eileen; “You should have seen people like Dol – a bag full of vodka, malt whisky, brandy and gin! That will keep her drunk until the end of the month!”

| "I've flogged a bottle for £80!" |
Sam comes in, very proud of the fact he has sold one of the 1988 bottles for £80 on the internet, and he has arranged to meet Nigel from Neyland, which Colin is not happy about.

When Eileen comes back in she is still complaining, “People will sell things on – it’s not right!” and both Sam and Colin agree with her

Britt whispers to Chester that there is no point in fighting the system, as he will not win. Then Chester is asked how he pleads, and after lengthy hesitation,

| "Diane's been keeping me awake!" |
Dai comes into the shop for headache tablets, as Diane is going on about her holiday at the end of the week, and keeping him awake.

“You’re not the only one!” says Colin, and in response to Dai’s assumption that ‘the honeymoon period is over’, reveals, “The opposite – I have a job keeping up with her,

| "They're not what you think they are!" |
Dai has a look at the tablets in the bottle, and solemnly announces, “I don’t like to tell you this, but they’re not what you think they are!” Colin demands how he is such an expert, and points out he paid big money for them, but that they do the job.

Dai is adamant, “They are placebos – someone is making money out of you!”

| "What do you mean – OK?" |
Chester plays down his experience when he returns to the Deri; “It went OK – there’s not much to say. Just a lot of hanging around. Next they have reports – saying how antisocial I am, and how much of a risk to everyone.

“The sentencing is next month – I’ll get the high jump!”

| "You have to concentrate on school" |
Garry tries to dissuade him from thinking like that, and demands he has to put his mind to schoolwork.
When Gwyneth comes in, Dol seems sympathetic;

“It must have been horrible, seeing Y Felin like that. It was worse than the January sales –people were so grabby! It disgusted me!”

She is deflated when Gwyneth replies, “You didn’t do too badly – I saw how many bottles you had!

“You’re just as greedy as everyone else!”

| Britt sees Iolo in the corner |
Britt goes over to Iolo, who is sitting in a corner of the Deri with Siôn’s Bible;

“He’s got rid of everything!” he laments.

Meanwhile, Siôn is sitting on the sideboard, one of the few things left, flicking playing cards on to the floor.

Colin orders another round of drinks, announcing, “Jim is paying!” Then he turns to Jim; “£40 – come on! For the rubbish pills you sold me –

| "I shall tell Eileen everything!" |
“if you don’t pay it back, I shall go to see Eileen and tell her everything.” Colin asks Dai, “Tell him what you told me!”

| "Whatever you do, don't tell Eileen!" |
Jim admits that they were actually vitamin tablets and repays the money, pleading that Eileen is not told;

predictably, she is within earshot and demands, “Told about what?”

| "What was that money all about?" |
Simultaneously, Britt is questioning Colin about the money which she saw changing hands; he explains,

| "That little – er – problem, y'know . . ." |
“That little – er – problem, y’know, in bed with you? Well, with Jim’s help I bought a couple of tablets – pick-me-ups – but that’s not what they were. They were vitamin tablets instead –

| "There's nothing wrong with me!" |
“there’s nothing wrong with me, physically – it’s all in the mind!”

| Eileen scares Jim about drug reactions |
Eileen wants to know how long Jim has been taking them, pointing out he has to be careful with things like that, as it can react with medications, and there is no telling how much harm it might do.

Dai is very angry, as Mark Jones, who was supposed to be handing over the money, now says he cannot get it until Thursday; “If he doesn’t pay up then, we shall down tools on the job!” he threatens.

Straight-faced, Jim comments, “A bit like Colin!”

Iolo is back at Y Felin, where he insists that Siôn should have consulted the family first, and demands that he contact CwmFM to announce he wants all the stuff back.

Siôn’s only response is to repeatedly tell Iolo to go away.

“Congratulations, Dad, you’ve managed to get rid of everything – including your own son! I hope you’re happy!” says Iolo, as he goes,
