Angela is back home
Angela is back home, and Eifion brings her flowers;  he has made an official complaint to the council about the state of the road.
"We can put our feet up and have a cwtch"
“We’d better not have the boys this weekend – Courtney is with Jim, so we can put our feet up and have a cwtch.”
"It will give us a chance to have a chat"
“It will give us a chance to have a chat,” replies Angela, “I’ve got a lot on my mind with everything.”
Eileen has obtained her bank loan
Eileen looks at the letter from Banc Dyfed, approving her personal loan, then she throws it down.
She objects to the smell of takeaway curry in her living room
Ed walks in with a curry;  she complains about the smell.   “I know you’re worried about Angela, but don’t take it out on me!   You’ve been in a bad mood since you got up,” he grumbles.
"You've been in a bad mood for weeks!"
“And you’ve been in a bad mood for weeks!” she tells him;  when he insists that his relationship with Sioned is none of her business, she continues, “It’s hard not to interfere, when we are living together.   We’re not obliged to let you live here – especially as Sioned is not here, and you’re always so miserable.
"Sort your life out – or move out!"
Sort your life out – or move out!”
"That Iolo's a bit weird!"
Garry asks if Tyler is settling in at number 7, but he replies, “Iolo is a bit weird – I left a teabag in the sink and he went nuts.   Colin is a good laugh, though.”
"What?   You want rent?"
Then Garry springs a surprise on him;  “The rent is £200 per month.
"Monday will be fine!"
Don’t worry – Monday will be fine!”
Kelly tells them of Angela's accident . . .
In the café, Kelly tells Cadno and DJ, “She was out cold in the street, and Eileen said that she has an aneurysm.
. . . and DJ remembers the brick-throwing incident
DJ is very anxious that throwing the brick through her window a few weeks ago might have exacerbated the problem.
Dani has a solution to the problem . . .
Tyler tells Dani his problem, and her solution is to take him on as unpaid barman in lieu of rent.
. . . but Britt persuades Garry to veto it
Of course, Britt goes running to Garry, saying that they do not need any more staff, and Garry agrees with this evaluation.   He announces, “Your money situation is not my problem – and you’d better find the rent by Monday, as we’re not a charity!”
"I shall just have to change his mind"
Tyler tells Dani that he will have to change her husband’s mind.
Ed comes in and once more ignores Vicky;
Vicky scuppers his attempt
when he sees that the coast is clear, he is about to slip upstairs, when she accosts him, but he replies, “Not now, OK?”
"Oh, do stop wittering about it!"
At Penrhewl, DJ is still agonising about that window, and Cadno tells him to stop wittering.
"Can you have the boys this weekend?"
Eifion comes in, asking that she have the boys this weekend to give Angela a rest.   DJ commiserates with him about Angela’s aneurysm, and Eifion realises that the secret is out;
Eifion is relieved the secret is out
“It’s a relief, to be honest – keeping a secret on top of everything else,” he says.
"I threw the brick through your window!"
Then DJ feels constrained to confess, “I threw the brick through your window a few weeks ago.   I’m so sorry – you were going on that I wasn’t good enough for Cadno.”
"What sort of rôle model is he?"
“What sort of rôle model is he for the boys?” Eifion demands, and storms out.
Garry has received a photo of Gwern at Pirate World on his phone;
About to do some window-cleaning
he and Britt are going outside to clean the windows,
"I'm not happy with you being here"
but Garry is not happy about leaving Ed there, unsupervised, after last week.   Ed promises to simply sit there with his bottle and his paper, but as soon as they are out of the door, he rapidly makes his way upstairs.
Ed opens the cupboard door . . .
Opening the cupboard door, he moves aside the bottles of bleach,
. . . and is about to retrieve the phone
reaches in and . . .
"What are you doing here?"
Dani brings the laundry basket in, and is shocked to find him there.
"Sorry for everything"
He spins a tale about having lost his mother’s ring in the move;  “Sorry I frightened you – sorry for everything,” he whimpers,
"What's the matter, Ed?"
and Dani senses something is wrong.
"I knew it!"
Then Garry appears;  “I knew it!   What are you doing here?   Dani and I live here – it’s private!   I don’t care if you’ve lost the Crown Jewels – you’ve got no right to walk in –
"Dani could have been naked!"
Dani could have been naked or something!
"You're banned!   Get out!"
You’ve had enough warnings – you’re banned!   Get out!”
A great pity he did not look more carefully
Garry considers that it is a strange place to look for a ring, as all he can see in there is bleach.
"Why didn't you say anything?"
Debbie goes to Angela’s, asking why she did not say anything about the aneurysm.
"You've got enough on your plate"
Angela answers, “You’ve got enough on your plate with Mark,”
"This is getting worse and worse!"
and Debbie hugs her, then comes up with the idea of fundraising for the trip to the Arizona clinic, which Courtney told her about yesterday.
"No!   I don't want anyone else to know!"
Angela is adamant and shouts, “No!   I don’t want anyone else to know,” but Debbie enlightens her that everyone does know, and are all talking about it.   Angela’s next reason is, “You can’t raise money for me and Mark – people will get fed up with putting their hand in their pocket.
"I am a bad rôle model for the boys"
Cadno and DJ are loading the 4x4 at APD;  DJ muses, “I am a bad rôle model for the boys – I want them to look up to me.”
Cadno assures him that he is great with them and they adore him,
"They adore you – just like I do!"
“Just like I do!   You might be  bit too honest at times, otherwise you’re lovely!”
Angela orders her mother to come over
Angela leaves an angry message on Eileen’s phone;  “I can’t get hold of you at the shop – come over immediately you get this message!”
Tyler promotes his exotically-named cocktails
Tyler puts his plan into action;  “Ladies, roll up!   The best cocktail waiter this side of Cardiff!   A little ‘Sex on the Beach’ will spice you up, or maybe a ‘Kiss in the Dark’.”
Gwen and Kelly like the sound of this
Kelly and Gwen are particularly interested, as he looks at Kelly and comments, “Maybe a ‘Thigh High’ would suit those legs!”
Ed, on the bench
Vicky comes out of APD and sees Ed sitting disconsolately on the bench;  she asks if he is all right,
"I'm sorry for everything"
and he says, “I’m sorry for everything I’ve done recently.   I’m an idiot.”
Even Madge is into cocktails
Garry enters the Deri and is amazed to see the customers enjoying cocktails;  Dani points out to him,
"And he charges £6 a time!"
“He was a cocktail shaker at University.   He’s shifted loads of stock – and made a profit, charging £6 a cocktail.   Not bad for a Friday afternoon – it’s usually dead in here.”
Britt resumes her whining
Britt again moans, “The situation hasn’t changed – we don’t need any more staff,” but Garry disagrees and welcomes him to the staff of the Deri.   “You should have discussed it with me first,” whines Britt.
"If it makes us money, there's nothing to discuss"
“If it makes us money, there’s nothing to discuss,” he answers, and Dani looks very pleased with herself.
Ed tells Vick about Sioned's condition
On the bench, Ed tells Vicky, “They all had to have the tests, including Sioned.   She doesn’t have an aneurysm, but has Wolff Parkinson White, a heart condition which can be controlled.”
"Things are not easy for me either"
Vicky is glad to hear this, but things have not been easy for her either, with Dewi’s funeral and Mark being in prison.
"I couldn't leave them there, after what DJ did!"
Eifion tells Angela he had to change plans, so they will have the boys;  “I couldn’t leave them there after what DJ did.   DJ and Cadno know about your condition – it might be better if the truth is out.
"How can I extricate myself from this?"
The more people who know, the more support you’ll get.”
He goes to collect the boys from Elinor’s, and Eileen arrives, demanding why she has been summoned.
"You've made things a hundred times worse!"
“You’ve made things a hundred times worse – you told people!” Angela rages, “How do I persuade them it was a mistake, now everyone knows?”
"Not a mistake – a lie!"
Eileen points out that it was not a mistake – it was a lie, and asks if Angela is going to blame the hospital.
"This is damage limitation!"
She confirms it;  “People are always reading about doctors making mistakes.   This is not a lie, it’s damage limitation!
"Why didn't you just keep your mouth shut?"
Why didn’t you just keep your mouth shut?   I need more time to think it through.   I was going to tell Eifion tonight and Courtney tomorrow.   I need time to consider my options very carefully.”
"You're going to tell them tonight!"
Eileen instruct her that she is going to tell everyone tonight, and Angela shouts, “You can’t bully me into this!   Only the family was supposed to know!”   Eileen suspects that someone knew before she fell, and put money through her door.

"Either you tell the truth – or I will!"
“Either you tell the truth – or I will!” her mother tells her, and is about to walk out of the house
"How much do you want to keep quiet?"
when Angela asks how much of the £50,000 she wants to keep her mouth shut.
"I'm ashamed that you're a daughter of mine!"
Eileen sadly admits, “I’m ashamed that you’re a daughter of mine!” and leaves.
